You’ll receive an exam application email from ABRSM no later than 3 days before the exam.

完成報名後，請檢查賬戶中是否顯示「開始樂理考試」按鈕，否則無法考試。
Please ensure the "Start Music Theory Exam" button appears in your account.

考試前 1 週，專員將透過 WhatsApp 提供考場資訊及提示，請按時間準時到達。
Venue info and tips will be sent via WhatsApp a week before the exam.

考試成績將在考試結束後四週內發放，請登入您的 ABRSM 帳戶查詢。
Results will be released within 4 weeks. Check your ABRSM account.

我們將為合格之考生申請實體證書，並在準備好後透過 WhatsApp 通知您領取。
For qualified candidates, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp when the certificate is ready.

場地租借費用為 $480，青苗琴行學生享有 $100 折扣（需聯絡分行報名）。

我們目前僅接受 ABRSM 五級線上樂理考試的報名。
We currently only accept registrations for the ABRSM Grade 5 online music theory exam.

As per ABRSM regulations, we assist with exam registration if a venue is rented.

除了官方考試費用外，我們將收取 50 港幣的行政費，費用一經支付不予退款。
In addition to the official exam fee, a non-refundable administrative fee of HKD 50 is charged.

若考生已報名考試，除非取消現有報名，否則無法提供場地租借服務。
Venue rental services are unavailable if a candidate has already registered for an exam.
適用範圍：以下規定僅適用於認可的監考考場（不適用於線上遙距監考）。
考試前

考生需在報名後 28 天內完成考試。
Candidates must complete the exam within 28 days of registration.

報名時需提供附有相片的身份證明文件，可接受以下一項：護照、國民身份證、駕駛執照、大學學生證，或填妥的《考生身份證明表格》。
Provide a photo ID during registration. Accepted IDs: passport, national ID, driving license, student ID or completed ABRSM ID form.

如身份證明文件沒有相片，需附加附有相片的支持文件，例如學生手冊，或其他附有相片之證件。
If the ID has no photo, please provide a supporting document with a photo, such as a student card or other photo ID.

Create an ABRSM account to take the exam. Use your ID to register before applying or via the ABRSM email link after.
考試當天

請攜帶報名時使用的身份證明文件，以便進行身份核對。
Bring the ID used during registration for identity verification.

請在考試前預留足夠時間完成「考試前準備」的步驟。為此，青苗琴行會額外安排半小時作準備及緩衝時間。
Reserve enough time for pre-exam steps. Greenery Music provides an extra 30 minutes for preparation and buffer.
開始考試

考試設置完成後，系統會直接引導考生進入考試頁面。
Once setup is complete, the system will guide candidates to the exam page.

螢幕右上角的計時器會顯示剩餘時間，倒數計時會在正式進入考試後開始。
A timer in the top right corner of the screen will display the remaining time, and the countdown will only begin once the exam starts.

已申請試題翻譯的考生，將按照所選語言進行考試，考試期間無法變更語言。
Candidates with translated papers must use the selected language, which cannot be changed during the exam.

考試結束後，請勿攜帶任何使用過的紙張離開考場。
Do not take any used papers from the exam room after completing the test.

若考生在 30 分鐘內未作答，考試將視為暫停。
If candidates remain inactive for 30 minutes, the exam will be considered paused.
成績發放

考試成績將於考試後四週內發放，申請人可登入 ABRSM 帳戶查看。
Exam results will be released within four weeks after the test, and applicants can view them in their ABRSM account.

證書將於考試日期後由英國四個月寄出。成績經覆核後才會正式公佈。
Certificates will be issued four months after the exam date. Results are finalized after review.

ABRSM 會以電郵通知申請人，並提供登入帳戶以查看成績及評分表的指引。
ABRSM will notify applicants via email, providing instructions to access their results and mark sheets.

擁有 ABRSM 帳戶的考生，將在成績發放給申請人後 7 天內收到成績通知。
Candidates with an ABRSM account will receive their results via email within 7 days after they are released to the applicant.

證書將寄至當地代表處分發，再寄送至本公司。具體時間受 ABRSM 覆核程序及郵遞時間影響。
Certificates will be sent to the local representative. Delivery time depends on ABRSM review and postal services.
特殊注意事項

如考生因技術問題無法應考，需於考試日期 7 天內聯絡 ABRSM 處理。
If candidates are unable to take the exam due to technical issues, they must contact ABRSM within 7 days of the exam date.

ABRSM 不會因考試體驗不佳而調整答案，但可能考慮退還考試費或提供免費重考機會。
ABRSM cannot adjust answers based on an unsatisfactory exam experience but may consider a refund or a free retake.

The booking form is only for non-Greenery students. If you want to enjoy a student discount, please contact the branch where you attend classes.

Please ensure that the information provided in the form is accurate and error-free. The data will be automatically entered into the registration system, and Greenery Music will not be held responsible for any errors.

根據 ABRSM 的規定，若考生租用場地，本公司必須代為辦理考試報名。若考生已自行完成報名，除非取消現有報名，否則無法提供場地租借服務。
According to ABRSM regulations, candidates who rent the venue must have their exam registration handled by us. If a candidate has already registered independently, venue rental services cannot be provided unless the existing registration is canceled.

考生應確保已攜帶考試所需文件，並確保 ABRSM 考生帳戶可正常登錄。青苗琴行不會因個人原因導致的未能參加考試情況提供退款或更改日期安排。
Candidates must ensure they have brought all required documents and that their ABRSM candidate account is accessible. Greenery Music will not provide refunds or rescheduling for exams missed due to personal reasons.

申請人在 ABRSM 網站報名考試時需選擇考試語言，語言一經選定，將無法在考試前或考試期間進行更改。
Applicants are required to select the exam language when registering on the ABRSM website. Once selected, the language cannot be changed before or during the exam.

完成 ABRSM 網站的考試報名後，請於數小時內確認考生帳戶內是否顯示「開始樂理考試」鍵，否則將無法參加考試。如最終無法參加考試，青苗琴行不會為已預約的考試設施及監考服務提供退款或改期安排。
After completing the exam registration on the ABRSM website, please ensure that the "Start Theory Exam" button appears in the candidate's account within a few hours. Otherwise, the exam cannot proceed. Greenery Music will not provide refunds or rescheduling for reserved exam facilities and invigilation services if the exam cannot be taken.

若考生尚未準備好參加考試，請勿按下「開始樂理考試」鍵，否則考試可能會被視作已立即開始。完成所有程序後，監考員將指導考生開始考試。
If the candidate is not ready to take the exam, please do not press the "Start Theory Exam" button, as the exam may be considered to have started immediately. Once all procedures are completed, the invigilator (if any) will instruct the candidate to begin the exam.

Multiple candidates may use their assigned exam facilities simultaneously in the exam room.

Compliance with exam rules and requirements is the applicant's personal responsibility. Greenery Music does not accept claims of being misled by others (including invigilators) as a reason to exempt penalties for violations.

青苗琴行將採取適當措施以確保考試期間網絡穩定。如電腦硬件出現故障，監考員將提供協助，或通過電話聯絡青苗琴行尋求協助。然而，若 ABRSM 指定的考試系統軟件出現問題，請直接向 ABRSM 查詢並徵求建議。
Greenery Music will take appropriate measures to ensure network stability during the exam. If computer hardware fails, the invigilator (if any) will assist or contact Greenery Music for help. However, for issues related to ABRSM's designated exam software, please consult ABRSM directly for advice.

若因天災、罷工、疫情、惡劣天氣、政府干預、動亂或其他不可預見及非 ABRSM 或青苗琴行可控的情況導致未能履行職責，ABRSM 及青苗琴行概不負責。青苗琴行及其代理人亦不會因工作人員或監考員未遵守規則導致的損失提供賠償。所有已繳費用概不退還或轉讓他人。
ABRSM and Greenery Music are not liable for failures to perform duties due to natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, severe weather, government intervention, unrest, or other unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

如天文台於預約前 3 小時內發出八號或以上颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告信號，可選擇取消當日預約並重新安排日期和時間。若信號於預約前 3 小時內取消，預約將如期進行。
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning within 3 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may cancel and reschedule. If such warnings are cancelled within 3 hours, the appointment will proceed as scheduled.

考生必須準時抵達預約考試場地，遲到者將不獲補時。
Candidates must arrive at the scheduled exam venue on time. Late arrivals will not be granted extra time.

若考生提前完成考試，需自行聯絡家長或監護人安排接送。如未攜帶手機聯絡家長或監護人，需留在原定座位直至考試結束時間。考生離開考場後，青苗琴行不對其個人安全承擔責任。
If a candidate finishes the exam early, they must contact their parent or guardian to arrange pickup. Greenery Music assumes no responsibility for the candidate's safety once they leave the exam venue.

青苗琴行保留對上述所有條款進行修改及作出最終決定的權利，恕不另行通知。
Greenery Music reserves the right to amend the above terms and make final decisions without prior notice.
